Hi! My name is Brian Kemper. I am from Monrovia, Indiana, but I now live in Odaiba, Tokyo, Japan.

I am an independent website designer and software developer. Currently, I'm working on the PathText project for Tsujii laboratory at The University of Tokyo and the National Centre for Text Mining in Manchester, UK. I have also worked on the EKOSS project with Steven Kraines.

My wife Miyuki and I are both graduates of the
Center for Information and Communication Sciences
at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
